When you order, we need to know your name, billing address,
e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, credit
or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process
and fulfill your orders and enables us to contact you regarding
the orders. For deliveries, your Shipping Address and your
phone number will be given to our carriers and in certain
circumstances to Customs. This will enable our carriers to
successfully complete delivery of your orders.
We hold your information in our database on one of our secure
servers in London. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL),
an encryption technology which mean only our Administrators
and Senior Management have password protected access to this
data.
We will also use your personal information to advise you by
email of promotional offers as and when they arise. If you
do not want to receive these notifications, if you have not
already informed us whilst ordering, simply email us at promotions@internetlogistics.com
and type 'EXCLUDE' in the message header or Subject box.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information
we collect on the site to make shopping at the Aardmarket
possible and to enhance the overall shopping experience. We
do not currently sell, trade or rent your personal information
to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy
third parties, but you can tell us not to, if you have not
already informed us whilst ordering by sending an email message
