ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PROCESS
All orders are accepted when you receive e-mail confirmation from us to this effect, but only on the condition that Elmbank Storage Ltd (trading as Internet Logistics) may subsequently not be able to ship the items requested, or may decide on reasonable grounds not to do so. Under these conditions we will offer you a refund or credit your credit card. Such reasons may include (but are not limited to) safety concerns, and fairness between customers where supplies are limited.

On receipt of your confirmatory email you understand (and accept) that all transactions are carried out under UK law and all products are manufactured to meet EU standards.

Internet Logistics reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law or the consumer laws of other jurisdictions, Elmbank Storage Ltd (trading as Internet Logistics) accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Elmbank Storage Ltd (trading as Internet Logistics) will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from Elmbank Storage Ltd (trading as Internet Logistics) with sufficient lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.
