FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following credit and debit cards on line: Visa/Delta, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express and Switch/Solo.

We will also accept cheques and postal orders in the UK only. To use this service you must place your order with us via email at service@internetlogistics.com or call us on +44 (0)1270 758845 in business hours (8am to 6pm GMT Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).
All transactions will be made in Pounds Sterling (£). We have provided a dollar conversion guide calculated at $1.50 to £1.00 Sterling.
Credit Cards are charged when we process your order. We receive your payment into our account one to two working days after your order acceptance.
CUSTOMS AND TAXATION
All the prices you see on our site are the prices you buy at and are therefore VAT inclusive. The only additional cost is shipping and that is clearly visible to you before you buy. For Sales outside of the EU it is the responsibility of the Consumer (the person buying from us) to pay any duty that is applicable to your Country. This duty cannot be claimed back from us. If this is applicable the carrier will collect this from you when they deliver. This process sometimes holds up your order within your own Country.
This is why you should allow up to 21 days for International delivery.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) After entering the site click on the 'Registration' icon.
2) When registering for the first time click on the 'Registration' icon. You will then be taken to a screen that prompts you to fill in your personal details. (refer to the Privacy Policy section of the site)
3) When filling in the form take care to complete all the fields marked required (*).
4) Please also ensure that your password is made up of a minimum 6 characters.
5) When you get to the bottom of the form you are presented with a link to our Buying From Us information section and options to tell us that you do not wish to receive promotional emails or have your details passed to other reputable third parties.
5) When you are sure you have completed the form properly click on the 'Register' icon at the bottom of the screen.
6) You will be given a Membership number at this stage. PLEASE WRITE DOWN OR PRINT YOUR PASSWORD AND MEMBERSHIP NAME AND NUMBER, you will need them to login as a member when you next visit the W&G Shop.
7) To shop from here go to the Character of your choice and follow the steps identified within the section 'How to Order Online Securely'.
On your next visit to the site your personal information will be automatically registered when you 'Check Out' your shopping basket. This makes the whole shopping experience quicker and easier, all you need to do is fill in your credit card details when prompted.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE SECURELY
1) Click on the product category of your choice (T-Shirts, Accessories etc) and this will display our product range.
2) If you want to look at an item in more detail before you buy then click on the small image of the item and this will take you to a bigger image with more details about the product you are looking at.
3) When you see an item you want to buy, click on the 'Add To Basket' button. This automatically places the item in an electronic shopping basket. Some products will require you to select a size, click on 'Select Size' button, once you have selected an appropriate size click the 'Add To Basket' button.
4) A new screen will appear that confirms your basket contents and price. If you want to change the quantity of a particular item you can do so, you will need to update your Shipping Information to save any quantity changes. You can also remove unwanted items from your basket using the 'Remove' Link.
5) You will be instructed to confirm your 'Shipping Option' depending upon how quickly you want to receive your order and the Destination. This decision is yours and more information is available in Delivery and Fulfillment section of this site.
6) Confirming your 'Shipping Option' will update the shipping and product cost. It will also enable the 'Checkout Buttons'.
7) If you want to carry on shopping then click on the Character of your choice and continue adding items to your basket (repeat steps 3 to 6).
8) When you have finished shopping you will need to 'Check Out' (Members read 10 to 15, Non Members skip to 16 and read to end).
9) If you are a Registered Member then click on the 'Member Check Out' icon. Your details will be automatically registered when you enter your membership name and password if you have not done so already.
10) The next screen will ask you if you want to change your shipping address (e.g. you are sending a gift), if you want to change then click on the 'Change Shipping Address' text, complete the necessary details and click 'OK' icon.
11) Next select the payment method 'Credit Card Secure Transaction' and click 'Order Now' icon. The next screen will give you a final confirmation of your order.
12) Click on the type of card you are using, enter the card number, expiry date etc. and click 'OK' icon.
13) Your order will then be processed through our card verification system (this can take a minute or two depending on bandwidth usage, please be patient and resist the urge to click again) and you will be given an order number and will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
14) We will then deliver your order within the timescales requested.
15) If you are a Non Member then click on the 'Non Member Check Out' icon.
16) Key in your details under the 'Billing address' ensuring the fields marked [*] are completed.
17) Click the 'Ship To Billing Address' checkbox if the shipping and billing addresses are the same, if they are to be different enter the relevant delivery address and leave 'Ship To Billing Address' unchecked (empty).
18) When you get to the bottom of the form you are offered a link to read and accept our 'Buying From Us' section of the site and are informed of how you can tell us that you do not want to receive promotional material or have your details passed onto other reputable third parties.
19) When completed click on the 'Order Now' icon.
20) Next select the payment method 'Credit Card Secure Transaction' and click 'Order Now' icon. The next screen will give you a final confirmation of your order.

HOW TO PAY BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER
If you do not want to pay by Credit Card then you can pay by cheque or postal order in the UK only. One of our service center operators will assist you in placing your order. We will hold your order until we have received payment into our account. The timescales for shipping will apply from the time that we have received payment into our account, not the time you place your order with us.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you change your mind or want to amend your Order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so we can stop the order from leaving us. You have the right to change your mind and return the goods to us up to Fourteen (14) working days after receipt of your product. Under these circumstances we will not refund shipping and it is your responsibility to arrange for and pay for the return, however we will refund the product cost. SECURITY POLICY
Shopping at the Aardmarket is completely safe, in fact it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a Restaurant or a Department Store. Our Servers use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an Encryption Technology so that only we at the Aardmarket can read your personal information. You can check our Security Status in a number of ways. When you are operating in a secure environment you are prompted through your browser and the unbroken key or closed lock symbol will appear at the bottom of the browser window. You should also see an 's' after the http on the URL address. The Verisign logo on the home page links to a template that validates that Elmbank Storage Ltd (trading as Internet Logistics) are using secure software on our servers and that we have the right to claim that the W&G Store is a secure environment to shop in.

Only our Administrators and Senior Management have password protected access to your data. We use this data to cross reference payments received with the order value for accounts reconciliation and also to enable us to refund you if you return a product to us.

CONSUMER ASSOCIATIONS AND SITE REVEIWS

Elmbank Storage Ltd (trading as Internet Logistics) are in the process of registering with a number of Consumer Associations (Which Web Trader, Trust UK) that demand us to meet and maintain a certain criteria. They are designed to give consumers a fair deal and to protect you if things go wrong. We will have to trade to certain codes of practise and, once compliant, will have to maintain that compliance. We will update you on the site as soon as the registration process is complete and tell you what it means to you.
ORDER TRACKING
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Standard services are less trackable. We will however make every effort to assist you in tracing an order if you are experiencing difficulty. REDELIVERY PROCESS
If you are not at home when your order arrives you should be left notification of this by the postal service of your Country. This will give you instructions telling you what to do next. If repeated redelivery attempts fail to complete the delivery then the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to agree with you what you want to do. If you are experiencing problems with your delivery we will make every effort to assist you in completing the process. RETURNS POLICY
Information about how to return an order is included with each shipped order along with your packing slip. It takes us approximately 2 weeks to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse. After it is processed, we are happy to provide a product refund to the purchaser. If the order was a gift, please write "GIFT RETURN" and we will refund the purchaser's credit card.

If we have made an error (wrong item, damaged goods, late delivery for example) and you no longer want the product then you will need to return the product in line with the process identified on your returns slip. In these circumstances we will also refund you with the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping to us. You will need to provide proof of the return shipping cost for us to process your refund correctly. If you do not provide proof we will refund you the equivalent value that we charge you for outward shipping. All Video's, CD Roms, DVD's and Audio tapes returned with the outer seal broken cannot be refunded

This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and enables us to contact you regarding the orders. For deliveries, your Shipping Address and your phone number will be given to our carriers and in certain circumstances to Customs. This will enable our carriers to successfully complete delivery of your orders.

We will also use your personal information to advise you by email of promotional offers as and when they arise. At the Aardmarket we trade worldwide from our UK base and have provided a US Dollar conversion guide for your benefit. We will be adding a EURO conversion guide in due course. All transactions are made in £ Sterling.
